Butterflies was made for the Sunraysia Patchwork Friends Bi-annual Exhibiton challenge in 2006
It was a reverse applique Black on a Gold Satin.
The challenge was Black and one other colour

History

Outback Quilting was commenced in February 2003.

I purchased a secondhand APQS UlmiateII from a friends daughter. The machine had been stored in a shed for sometime.

I finished my full time job as Assistant to the Accountant at Tandou Limited and started Outback Quilting. As a back stop I took a 1 day a week Administrator Officer with a family Cleaning Business.

I started quilting friends quilts and sourced quilts from local quilting shops. The word spread now I have quilts coming from interstate and regional areas!

I upgraded to an APQS Liberty machine in September 2006.
